General Questions

Very accurate. Because your blinds are made to measure, we cannot accept returns if you measured incorrectly. Always follow the "measure twice, order once" rule. Use a metal tape measure (not cloth) and measure width and drop at three different points, using the smallest width and smallest drop for a recess fit.
A Recess fit goes inside your window frame. Measure the exact width and drop of the recess. An Outside Recess fit mounts on the wall outside the window and overlaps it (usually by 5-10cm depending on your preference). Use an Outside Recess fit if your recess is uneven or if you want to block more light from the edges.
You will need a drill with appropriate bits, a tape measure, a pencil, a spirit level, and a step ladder. Screws and brackets will be provided with every blind you receive. No specialist tools are required.
Yes. We supply safety devices (chain tensioners or breakaway connectors) with every Roller, Roman or Vertical blind that has a hanging cord or chain. Please install these immediately to keep looped cords out of reach of young children.
Yes. All our blinds come with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects and workmanship. This does not cover damage from incorrect measurement, installation, or general wear and tear.
If you measured correctly and we made an error, contact us within 7 days with photos and your order number. If you measured incorrectly, unfortunately as every order is made-to-measure, your blinds cannot be returned or refunded.

Fitting

It means you measure your own windows using our guide, place your order, and then fit the blinds yourself when they arrive. No professional installer visits your home. This is how we keep prices low. If you can use a tape measure and a drill, you can do this.
In most cases, no. You will need to drill small holes for wall plugs and bracket screws. The one exception is our "No Drill" Roller and Roman blind system for fitting inside a recess.
Check the orientation of the pin side versus the spring-loaded side. One bracket has a fixed square pin; the other has a movable spring mechanism. Often, customers have the blind reversed. The pin must go into the matching bracket first, then compress the spring side to click in.
Choose an Outside Recess Fit instead of a Recess fit. An Outside Recess Fit mounts on the wall and overlaps the window opening, covering the edges. For a Recess fit, measure as tightly as possible and consider adding side channels or adhesive brush strips (sold separately).
Yes. We automatically deduct a small tolerance (typically 3-5mm from the width and drop) on recess fit blinds to ensure they actually fit inside the opening without scraping the walls. This small gap is normal and by design.
Yes, you can check the maximum width by using the filter on the left of the page. In some cases, it’s possible to have a 3 metre wide blind in one piece.

Deliveries

Most customised orders are delivered within 1–4 working days.
We offer flexible delivery options across the UAE. In Dubai, express delivery is available for next working day orders (cut-off time 1 pm) at 30 AED, while standard delivery takes 2 working days and is completely free. For all other emirates, standard delivery takes 2–3 working days, with free shipping on orders above 1,000 AED and a 60 AED charge for orders below 999 AED.
Free samples (up to 5) are delivered within 24 hours.
Yes, tracking details will be shared once your order is dispatched.
