Most of our Roller blinds are made out of modern polyester that is durable and feels like natural fabrics. We also use recycled polyester for some of our more premium products.

Getting the right measurements is important for made-to-measure blinds. We recommend measuring twice to be sure.

What if I provide the wrong measurements?

If you provide the wrong measurements, we won’t be able to offer a replacement. That’s why we always recommend double-checking your measurements to be sure.

Can I fit the blinds myself?

Yes, the blinds are easy to fit if you have any experience with DIY.

What should I do if there is an issue with my blinds after installation?

If your product is damaged during transit or has a defect, we'll happily send you a replacement. However, we can’t offer a replacement if the order is incorrect, so be sure to double-check your measurements!

Do you offer a warranty on made-to-measure blinds?

Yes, we offer a 1-year warranty on any defects.

Can I return or exchange made-to-measure blinds?

Since our blinds are made to measure for your order, we can’t accept returns or exchanges unless there’s an issue. Please double-check your order before confirming, but rest assured, your satisfaction is very important to us!

How do I maintain and clean my blinds for longevity?

Follow our care instructions, like dusting and wiping them regularly.

What if the blinds arrive wrong?

We take responsibility for our mistakes. Please send us proof of the flaw, and we will send you a replacement as soon as possible.

Can I pay in instalments?

Yes, Tabby and Tamara services are both available to pay in installments once you reach the checkout stage.

Tabby allows you to split the purchase into 4 interest-free payments. Tamara allows you to divide the purchase into 2, 3, or 4 instalments, again without interest.

How long does delivery take for made-to-measure blinds?

As your blind is custom made the lead time is based on each individual product. It will take 1-4 days to deliver based on the product you choose. Orders made before 2pm for Roller, Vertical and Zebra blinds will be delivered the next day. Roman blinds ordered before 2pm will be delivered in 4 days. Orders received after 2pm will take an extra day.

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes, our default delivery option is free of charge.

Can I track the status of my order?

Yes, we will send you an email when the product is dispatched and another email with the tracking code of the delivery service in UAE.

What happens if my blinds are damaged during delivery?

We take responsibility for the damaged goods. Please send us proof of the damage, and we will send you remade products with priority delivery for free.
